摘要:
双环化反应具有成环连续性、串联会聚性、成键有效性的特点,可分为分子内双环化和分子间双环化两 种不同的形式。该反应可用于构建吡啶、呋喃、噻吩等杂环化合物,在碳环骨架构建中也得到了充分研究。对该 合成策略进行充分论述,将为后续工作的开展提供指导。
Abstract:
Bicyclic reaction has the characteristics of cyclization continuity, series convergence and bonding effectiveness,whichcanbedividedintotwodifferentforms:intramolecularbicyclicandintermolecularbicyclic. Thereactioncanbeusedtoconstructheterocycliccompoundssuchaspyridine,furanandthiophene,andithas alsobeenfullystudiedintheconstructionofcarbonringskeleton.Afulldiscussionofthesynthesisstrategywill provideguidanceforthefollow-upwork
