一株血清 5 型副猪嗜血杆菌的分离鉴定与药敏试验

摘要:
广东省某规模猪场保育猪突然发生散发性死亡,为了探究其死亡原因,通过流行病学调查、猪群临床表现和病猪病理变化作出初步诊断后,对可疑病毒进行实验室检测,同时进行细菌分离培养、生化鉴定、16SrRNA 基因测序分析、血清型鉴定和药敏试验。 结果显示,未检测到相关病毒,另外分离到一株革兰阴性短杆菌,在麦康凯培养基和普通琼脂培养基上均不生长,在 V 因子血平板呈现白色半透明细小露珠状菌落,具反光特性,不溶血;16SrRNA 基因序列分析表明,分离菌株与副猪嗜血杆菌处于同一分支,同源性 >99%,综合血清型鉴定结果,判定分离菌为血清 5 型副猪嗜血杆菌;药敏结果显示该菌对头孢拉定、氨苄西林等 12 种抗生素敏感。 本试验从病猪中分离到 1 株血清 5 型 HPS,并根据药敏试验结果进行治疗,取得了良好的治疗效果。
Abstract:
Inordertoexplorethecauseofsporadicdeathinalarge-scalepigfarminGuangdongProvince,thesuspected virus was detected in laboratory after epidemiological investigation, clinical manifestations andpathologicalchangesofdiseasedpigs.Meanwhile,bacterialisolationandculture,biochemicalidentification,16SrRNA gene sequencing analysis, serotypeidentification and drug sensitivitytestwere carried out. The resultsshowedthat no associated virus was detected, and another gram-negative Brevibacterium strain wasisolated,which did not grow on McConkey medium and common agar medium, and showed white translucent smalldewdropcolonyonfactorVbloodplate,with reflectivecharacteristicsandnohemolysis;The16S rRNAgenesequenceanalysisshowedthattheisolatedstrainandHaemophilusparasuiswereinthesamebranch,andthehomologywasmorethan99%.Basedontheserotypeidentificationresults,theisolatedstrainwasidentifiedasHaemophilus parasuis serotype 5; the drug sensitivity results showed that the strain was sensitive to 12antibiotics such as Cefradine and ampicillin. In this experiment, a serotype 5 HPS strain was isolated fromdiseased pigs and treated according to the results of drug sensitivity test, and good therapeutic effect wasobtained.
