摘要:
为了探讨 miRNA.let-7b 前体区 SNP 多态位点 rs71292045、rs71292453 与鸡生长肉用性状的关联性,以杏花鸡和隐性白洛克鸡杂交所得到的 F2 代肉鸡生长性状和肉用性状资料为研究素材, 进行相关性分析。 结果显示:1)SNP 多态位点 rs71292045 不同基因型与鸡的胸肌率、 腿胸比呈显著相关;2)SNP 多态位点 rs71292453 不同基因型与鸡的胸肉重、腿肉重、腿肌率、胸肌率、腿胸比呈显著相关;3)SNP 多态位点 rs71292045 对胸肌率的优势基因型是 GA,腿胸比的优势基因型是 AA;对位点 71292453 而言,胸肉重的优势基因型是 TC,腿肉重的优势基因型是 CC,腿肌率的优势基因型是 CC,胸肌率的优势基因型是 TC,腿胸比的优势基因型是 TT。 本研究结果可为肉鸡经济性状的选育和提高提供一定的参考。
Abstract:
In order to investigate the correlation between SNP rs71292045 and rs71292453 in the precursor region of miRNA let-7b and the growth and meat traits of chickens, the growth and meat traits of F2 broilers, a crossbreed of Xinghua Chicken and Recessive White Plymouth Rock Chicken, were analyzed. The results showthat: 1) Different genotypes of SNP locus rs71292045 were significantly correlated with chicken breast musclerate and the ratio of breast to leg meat. 2) The different genotypes of SNP locus rs71292453 were significantlycorrelated with chicken breast meat weight, leg meat weight, leg muscle rate, breast muscle rate and ratio of leg to breast meat. 3) The dominant genotype of the SNP locus rs71292045 on the breast muscle rate is GA, and the dominant genotype of the ratio of breast to leg meat is AA; For locus 71292453, the dominant genotype of breastmeat weight is TC; the dominant genotype of leg meat weight is CC; the dominant genotype of leg muscle rate is CC; the dominant genotype of breast muscle rate is TC; the dominant genotype of the ratio of breast to leg meat is TT. The results of this study can provide some reference for the selection and improvement of economic traits in broilers.
