摘要:
以家用陶瓷砖为研究对象,运用 AHP 建模思想,分析影响陶瓷砖质量的各个指标,建立多级递阶结构模型,构造判断矩阵,使用“求和法”计算相对重要程度,从而确定各指标的权重。 以某陶瓷企业的产品为例进行实例验证,确定影响陶瓷砖质量权重较大的指标,用以引导生产,提高企业市场竞争力。
Abstract:
Taking ceramic tiles as the research object, using AHP modeling ideas, this paper analyzes various indicators affecting the quality of ceramic tiles. By establishing a multi-level hierarchical structure model andconstructing a judgment matrix, the paper uses the “summation method” to calculate the relative importance ofeach indicator, thus determining the weight. It takes the example of a ceramic company’s products and carriesout a test to determine which indicators are most important in deciding the quality of the ceramic tiles, which will provide a guidance to production and thus improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.
