摘要:
我国高校产业学院建设大致可分两个阶段,2015 年前在大力发展职业教育背景下由职业院校建设的以就 业为导向的产业学院,2015 年后在加快发展新工科背景下主要由地方本科高校建设的以创新创业为导向的产 业学院。 地方高校和企业“双动力”不足,致使产教融合、校企协同难以落实和可持续发展;工科教育的“双师型” 教师不足、工学结合不足,致使工科大学生学用脱节,服务产业、引领产业的工程实践能力不强,依然是产业学 院建设中亟需解决的主要问题。
Abstract:
This paper roughly analyzes the history of various industrial colleges in China, which the construction and development could be divided into two phases, i.e., employment-orientated setup by vocational colleges with the national prevalence of vocational education prior to 2015 and then, innovation-based ones founded by local higher education institutions in the light of “Emerging Engineering” booming. The lack of "dual power" in local universities and enterprises makes it difficult to implement and sustainable development of industry-education integration and college-enterprise cooperation. The lack of " dual-qualification" teachers in engineering education and the lack of combination of work and study lead to the disconnection between engineering students’ learning and application, and the lack of engineering practice ability in service industry and leading industry, which are still the main problems to be solved urgently in the construction of industrial colleges.
