摘要:
为主动应对新一轮科技革命和产业变革的挑战,服务国家战略和区域发展需求,推动新工科建设,佛山科 学技术学院依据产教深度融合、协同育人的教育理念,自 2016 年起开展了对接学校“专业学院”与龙头企业、重 点产业和新兴行业共建“产业学院”的工科人才共育模式的实践与探索,形成了上百家合作企业,横跨 20 多个产 业、行业的人才共育“大组团”,全面实施工科人才培养的“双学院制”,并取得了可喜的成效。
Abstract:
To actively respond to the challenge of a new round of technological revolution and industrial innovation, serve the national strategy and the regional development needs, and promote the Emerging Engineering Education construction, Foshan University, based on the educational concept of production and education integration, and collaborative education since 2016, has carried out the practice and exploration of the engineering talent co-cultivation mode by connecting the university “professional college” with leading enterprises, key industries and emerging industries, which has thus generated a “large group” of talent co-cultivation mode with over 100 cooperative enterprises from more than 20 industries and professions, fully implemented the“Dual College System” of engineering personnel training, and achieved satisfying results.
