摘要:
通过采用一种 PET 膜替代碘系偏光片的外层 TAC 膜,制备得到一款新型的高耐久碘系偏光片。 实验结 果表明,所制备得到的偏光片经过 85 ℃*85% RH *240 h 和 80 ℃*90% RH*240 h 的测试,透过率 Ys 及偏光度 Py 变化率都在 3%以内,四周白边退偏范围小于 0.3 mm,具有良好的光学及外观稳定性。 可以有效满足高端工 控、水电汽仪表及汽车显示仪表的需求。
Abstract:
RA PET film was used to prepare a novel iodine polarizer by replacing the original TAC film on the outside of polarizer. The new polarizer performs a high-temperature and high-humidity resistance of moisture. Results show that the changes of transmittance Ys and polarizing efficiency Py of the new polarize can stay within 3% after 85℃*85%RH *240 h & 80℃*90%RH*240 h testing, and also white edges of the polarizer can stay within 0.3mm, keeping excellent optics and appearance stability. This novel polarizer can satisfy high-end LCDs of watermeter, ammeter, gasmeter, car display and other industrial display.
